• We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites linked to or referenced by our site. We do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials, products, or services. We are not liable for any harm, loss, or damages related to the use of goods, services, or content through third-party websites.

• License and Usage Terms:
  • Disassembly: You may not modify this product in any manner. You shall not, nor allow others to copy, in whole or in part, emulate, sub-license, sell, transfer, exploit, alter, modify, or adapt the software; nor decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer it, nor attempt to do so.

  • License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software, subject to the conditions of this agreement.
  • Free Version: We may grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the free version of the software for personal or internal business use, subject to the limitations in this agreement.
  • Paid Version: Upon payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the paid version on one device per product key purchased.

1. Grant of license
1. Disassembly. You may not modify this product in any manner. You shall not, nor allow others to copy, in whole or in part, emulate, sub-license, sell, transfer, exploit, alter, modify or adapt the Software nor decompile, dissemble or reverse engineer the same nor attempt to do such thing.
2. Reservation of Rights. The owner reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.
3. The owner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for the License Term defined below, subject to the conditions of this Agreement.
4. Free Version: Owner may grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the free version of the Software for personal or internal business use, subject to the limitations in this terms.
5. Paid Version: Upon payment, owner may grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the paid version on one device per Product key purchased.
2. License Term & Renewal
1. The License Term will be time-limited depending on the purchase terms.
2. At the end of a time-limited License Term, the License will automatically expire unless renewed with a valid product key, if renewal is offered.
3. Renewal may be offered directly by the Licensor or via the Mediator, at the Licensor’s discretion.
4. The Licensor reserves the right to decline renewal or discontinue the Software at any time.
3. Description of other rights and limitations.
1. Rental. You may not lease or rent the Software.
2. Proprietary notices. You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.

3. Consideration. For the rights and license granted, you will pay the owner the currently published retail price of the Software or another mutually agreed upon amount to appear on a valid invoice.
4. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, the owner may terminate the agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the Software and all of its component parts.
5. Term. The term of this agreement shall continue perpetually from the date of purchase unless terminated according to the provisions in section 3(d) of this terms.
6. The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with the Licensor.
7. This Agreement will terminate automatically if you breach any terms herein or upon License expiry without renewal (if applicable). Upon termination, you must stop using and uninstall the Software.
4. Software maintenance and updates
1. The Software may or may not receive updates during the License Term.
2. The Licensor reserves the right to declare the Software obsolete at any time, including before the end of the License Term.
3. If the Software is declared obsolete, the Licensor may, at its sole discretion, offer replacement software, which may require a new download, installation, and purchase.
4. There is no obligation for the Licensor to maintain compatibility with future operating systems or hardware.
5. Renewal may be offered directly by the Licensor or via the Mediator, at the Licensor’s discretion.
6. The Licensor reserves the right to decline renewal or discontinue the Software at any time.
7. One Product Key should be used to install the Software in one computer only.
8. If the Software you downloaded/installed gets damaged/deleted/uninstalled due to any of your hardware problems, technical issues or any other reasons you will have to purchase another Product Key for installing the Software and you cannot use the previous Product Key.
9. The Software may require activation with a valid product key or other method determined by the Licensor.
10. The Licensor reserves the right to modify activation process in future versions.
11. Failure to complete activation may limit or disable the Software’s functionality.
12. Product keys purchased via authorized Mediators must be genuine and provided by the Licensor.
13. Any attempt to use unauthorized or pirated Product keys is strictly prohibited.
14. Replacement software, if offered, may require a new purchase and installation.
5. Sales Channels
1. The Software may be sold:
   1. Directly by the Licensor to the end user.
   2. Indirectly via an authorized Mediator.
2. If purchased via a Mediator, the Licensee’s rights are subject to both:
   1. This terms.
   2. Any additional terms imposed by the Mediator, provided they do not conflict with this terms.
3. The Licensor is not responsible for any commitments or representations made by an unauthorized seller.
6. Restrictions
• You agree that you will not and will not permit others to:
  1. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  2. Circumvent or attempt to bypass any license control, activation, or time-tracking mechanisms, including altering system date/time.
  3. Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the Software without written permission from the Licensor.
7. Limitation of liability
1. No warranties. The owner expressly disclaims any warranty for the Software. The Software and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the Software remains with you.
2. No liability for damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event the owner is liable for damages, including any general, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product (including but not limited to loss of data, or data being rendered inaccurate, or losses sustained by you or third parties, or a failure of the program), even if the owner has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
3. In no event shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The Licensor’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the License to the Licensor.
4. You're using this software as-is. We make no promises that it works for your purpose, that it's bug-free, or that it doesn’t accidentally infringe on someone else’s rights. If anything goes wrong, you’re responsible, not us.
8. This Product is provided ‘as is’ without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of fitness for a purpose, or the warranty of non-infringement. Without limiting for foregoing, Software and licensor makes no warranty of that:
1. The software will meet your requirements.
2. The software will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
3. The results that may be obtained from the use of the software will be effective, accurate, or reliable.
4. The quality of the software will meet your expectations.
5. Any errors in the software obtained from the Software will be corrected.
9. Software and its documentation could include technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors. The changes to the software or documentation made available on its web site may be out of date, and the Software/owner makes no commitment to update such materials.
10. The Software assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in the Software or documentation available.
11. The use of the software is done at your own discretion and risk and with agreement that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from such activities. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from the Software or from the Software’s web site shall create any warranty for the software.
12. Disclaimer: This software product is non-refundable. This software is provided "as is", without a warranty of any kind. The owner of this software does not take any responsibility for any damages suffered as a result of using, modifying, or distributing the software. In no event will the owner be liable for any lost revenue, profit, or data, or for direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, however caused and regardless of the theory of liability, arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, even if the owner has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The owner does not warrant that the software is free from bugs, errors, or other program limitations. Limitation of liability and damages: to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the owner is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to: damages for loss of business, loss of profits or investment, or the like), whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if the owner has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose. The owner will not be subject to liability for any bugs or damages caused by certain software features.
13. This software operates offline; however, an internet connection is required during activation. Activation is necessary to validate the license and unlock full functionality. During activation, the system may collect and transmit certain device-specific identifiers.
14. As part of the activation process, the software collects the device-specific identifiers to uniquely associate the license with the specific machine.
15. Each license is linked to a unique device-specific identifier and cannot be transferred, reused, or applied to another device. If hardware changes significantly, reactivation may be denied.
16. To install and use this software, the following system requirements must be met:
1. Operating System: Microsoft® Windows® 10 and above
• Failure to meet these requirements may result in improper operation or failure to launch the software.
17. This software is intended for use in India only.
18. Wherever there is mentioned Software, it refers to the Software “Balancer PDF Signer”.
19. Wherever there is mentioned you or licensee, it refers to you (individual or entity using the software).
20. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
21. Third-Party Trademarks
• All third-party trademarks (including but not limited to Microsoft®, Windows®) are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.
• This software is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation or any other third-party entity whose products may be mentioned.
• Windows is either a registered trademark or trademark of Microsoft Corporation in the United States and/or other countries.
